Job Description:
Mage Data™ is seeking dynamic, experienced, results-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded sales professionals excited about building a great security company and spearheading the expansion. The Sales Managers will be responsible for managing major enterprise accounts with a strong focus on driving revenues in the assigned accounts/territory. You will significantly contribute to the revenue growth by targeting key customers through all available Go-To-Market strategies and models, identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and delivering impactful results.
As Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) at Mage Data™, you will be tasked with creating, developing, and executing sales strategies for the assigned regions.
Responsibilities:
- Business Planning: Create and execute business and account plans, focusing on solution-based selling to target enterprises to meet sales goals.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to close to upsell.
- Consultative Selling: Engage prospects in a consultative sales process around Mage Data as part of their core security infrastructure and operations.
- Big Deals: Own and drive strategic sales opportunities at complex enterprise accounts, building on existing wins and sales pipeline.
- Pipeline Building: Work with marketing, strategic alliances, local resellers, and your network to identify the best leads and prospects and develop and qualify your sales pipeline.
- Forecast: Deliver well-inspected, accurate weekly sales forecasts and qualified pipeline management in the assigned territory and accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Results-driven, self-sufficient, and self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to sales excellence.
- Preferably from Cybersecurity/ Privacy industry.
- Strong consultative selling skills and disciplined sales process.
- Proven track record of achievement against sales quota targets.
- Demonstrate ability to connect with executives to engage, negotiate, and win new relationships in the market.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage both external partners and internal teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good customer service skills.
- High levels of self-motivation, adaptability, ease of handling multiple responsibilities, and ability to work on own with minimal supervision.
